DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Folkerson evicted my two young kids and myself when I was 6 month pregnant because I did want I was suppose to do. The day I signed my lease I have him on video asking what I need to do to add my fiancé/ kids father to the lease because he was in a different state. He told me to write a letter and he has never seen anyone get rejected, there isn't a issue with thag. The same day I turned the letter into the office. He replied back no roomates, I wrote back stating he isn't a roommate, does he need to fill out an application, what do you need and the next letter was eviction notice and court date. I signed my lease July 24 the eviction was for July 10, we went to court the judge sided with him because they are buddy buddy. There isn't a real office to go inside and talk to someone all you can do is call the number leave a message and no one will ever return your call. You have to do everything in writing l, he doesn't come out and fixed anything as promised. I've lived in that house for a month and a half and already have to leave. Not because rent was late, not because of pet violation, but because he didn't want to add anyone to the lease after he told me it was ok. Read all the review I wish I would of believe them when I read them .
