First impression - I am definitely not impressed. \r \r I called there to try to set up an appointment with Susan, the Director. I told her when I would be in the area, and that I hoped to stop by around that time give or take a couple hours. You would figure that in this economy if someone calls to say "Hi, I am considering giving you business" the person would be at least slightly receptive. Not so with this Susan lady. She called back the day AFTER I said I would be in the area. How professional. \r \r The funny thing is, Susan (the Director) had done the same thing to several other people I know. My friend warned me that she doesn't call back, but I thought maybe it was just a fluke (who is really that rude to prospective clients?) But it wasn't. \r \r Sorry but when the Director of a childcare center can't find time in a 24+ hour period to return my phone call, I figure the decision is made for me - no thanks!
