Review content:
Janine welcomed me when I came into the hotel. She was very friendly and helped me upgrade my reservation to get just the rooms I wanted at a great price!\r
\r
Later in the evening, Janine was very quick to bring linens to our room for the sofabed (there was only a pillow in the closet, no sheets or blankets).\r
\r
LOVED the open atrium in the middle of the hotel!\r
\r
LOVED the cozy welcome area with couch, 2 upholstered chairs, TV and fireplace just beyond the lobby! The TV was on a very kid-friendly channel (Food Network). It drives me crazy when other hotels have shows that are so inappropriate for children on in their lobbies.\r
\r
Rooms were very clean (we had 2 rooms).\r
\r
LOVED the pop machines and ice vending on every floor (cans of pop for $0.75 each)!\r
\r
Kids loved the pool! It was outside next to the highway, but there was a 6' fence and trees taller than that hiding the pool from the highway. Highway noise wasn't bad.\r
\r
Breakfast was the usual HI Express breakfast: pancakes, sausage gravy, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and milk.\r
\r
Holiday Inn should use this location as a model for all their other hotels!\r
\r
I'd highly recommend this hotel!
