Overnight stay in this hotel was one of the best experiences, in my travels, I have had in a long time. Since I was alone, I got a king size bed on the second level and at first was a little nervous since the hotel sits very close to the interstate and my room was on the interstate side of the hotel. However, with the room fan turned on never heard any traffic. The AC/Heat unit has some type of 'energy saving' setting and the unit turns off at times. But with a little play got the fan to stay on which made for good sleeping environment.\r
Room was exceptionally clean. In fact the bathroom area was cleaner than any place I have ever stayed. The bathroom/mirror lighting was fantastic and with a hairdryer on the wall, made for a well uniformed room.\r
Breakfast was just so-so with warmed-up eggs and some gravy that was cheap and microwaved. They did actually had pork sausage which is a large plus over that turkey links they usually have.\r
Room was around 85 dollars but with taxes turned out to be over $100 with some kind of local visitors hotel tax.\r
There are restaurants and gas station all around. Applebees, Cracker Barrel, Wendy's, McDonald's, Longhorns and Waffle House to name a few. A Walmart is located within a mile of the hotel.\r
Overall a very nice stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. If you like a clean and comfortable stay, then this hotel will not let you down.
