My moving nightmare started as soon as I hired them to handle my moving needs. I paid them $2300 to do nothing but lied to me once, twice and many times. They lied to me saying they are not a broker and they will handle my moving process end to end. They lied to me saying they will match competitors' quote but failed to so. They lied to me saying my furniture is in a storage facility 50 miles away from the destination but indeed it was 1500 miles away in Vegas. They lied to me saying there was no status on delivery date but actually my furniture is on its way to my new home. They hired two different moving companies to handle the moving. They delay the delivery date so they can charge me more than $1000 storage charges. They lied to me because they don't even want to pick up the phone to find out the exact delivery status. They wanted to pay me $150 to keep my mouth shot but I refused the offer. I want to let everyone know to avoid being rip off by this company.
