My wife found that we had no hot water and a pool of water around our heater at 6:45am. I called Allen Service at 7:15am. The dispatcher was extremely accommodating and pleasant. She had Paul at our house an hour later. After presenting us with many different options for replacement, with no pressure, we chose the most economical option for us. From the time of the first call for help, to the time we had a brand new hot water heater, delivered personally by the owner, and installed by Paul, it was three hours. Very friendly and fast service. Paul was a superstar! We will definitely be calling Allen Service in the future!
