Terrific company. Up front with their charges and their service personnel are extremely well-trained and friendly. Matt D., the technician in this case (a simple repair for a bath item and a new fixture install), was a really friendly guy and knew his stuff cold. Dutton may be (depending on the job) sometimes be a little pricier than other plumbers, but their professionalism and completeness more than make up for it. When they leave, you're confident that the job was done right and that you can close the book on that project. Will use Dutton and Matt again without question.
