Plumbing repair 9/14/2015

Larry came at the time he was supposed to, was very pleasant, helpful and did a good job. As it was Sunday I was a little concerned about the cost, however, it turned out to be in the range I expected - not really knowing what to expect! more

Excellent, Comprehensive, Friendly Service 8/27/2015

Terrific company. Up front with their charges and their service personnel are extremely well-trained and friendly. Matt D., the technician in this case (a simple repair for a bath item and a new fixture install), was a really friendly guy and knew his stuff cold. Dutton may be (depending on the job) sometimes be a little pricier than other plumbers, but their professionalism and completeness more than make up for it. When they leave, you're confident that the job was done right and that you can close the book on that project. Will use Dutton and Matt again without question. more

Recent Plumbing Problem Solution 6/13/2015

From the very beginning I was impressed with the service I receive from Dutton Plumbing. They informed me that I would be their first customer and that a technician would be at my house around 8:00 a.m. and at ten minutes after eight he pulled up to my house. Ramiro was very professional and went out of his way to try and fix the problem as quickly as possible knowing that I to go to work myself. Ramiro fixed the problem, but had the foresight to have a backup come in and take a look at my plumbing using one of their cameras which detected that further work would be necessary. I would highly recommend anyone needing plumbing assistance to think of using Dutton Plumbing, this is the 5th or 6th time I have needed their help over the 23 years that I have lived in my house and they have been totally professional and able to fix my plumbing problems quickly and always call back to make sure that everything is working well. more

Review of Larry Cohen, Dutton Pluming 5/23/2015

Larry was terrific in his service, concern, problem-solving and advice about work we needed done. The immediate task (dishwasher installation) was done extremely professionally and with great skill given some challenges we had with the cabinet. He then also helped us with some other questions we had and we'll be following up on his suggestions of some additional changes and enhancements in our system we need. Impressed 4/14/2015

I appreciated Larry handing me a business card when I opened the door. He also asked if his truck was parked okay, by noticing, I could confirm he was in a business vehicle. Both of those things proved to me he could be trusted in my home. He was very kind and did a thorough job. He even educated me with emergency basics. more

Awesome service 4/8/2015

Technicians Felix and Ramiro are fantastic employees! They were very polite and professional and took care as they even put floor protection sleeves over their boots before they entered my home, they walked us through the process and were very clean and fast. Duttons special for drain cleaning was 79$ out the door as advertised, I hope to need it soon, but Dutton will be my first choice next time! more

We were rally pleased with the service. Mr Domingo took care of the house by using a special covering for his feet. He was very patient searching for a leak. The completed job looked neatly done. We are pleased with the results. more

Great Service 3/9/2015

Received friendly, informative , and professional service. I experienced professional people on the phone and had a service man arrived on time and he had the necessary appliances to replace on his truck. I was impressed with his service and completion with the repairs in a timely manner. For such a stressful situation (broken water heater), the whole experience went very smoothly. A pleasant experience, will definitely call upon again in the future. more
