After meeting 8 of the staff from original service call to Michael, you have the right service people for all the jobs dedicated to drain service. Larry initially treated the blockage with every machine size he had, while Richard arrived later and showed the blockage. Jimmy's color camera reminded me of a surgical procedure, while marking the spot with a super meter finder. Coming back later, he set up the account for the work. Though work did not start as fast as it could with one whose sewer line was down, the first crew, headed up by Todd, did suggest another day and another way that was not him and his assistant. He was not suited for this more delicate interior job anyway. It was not until the following day that one service technician showed up alone, did I see the work take hold. Michael worked through the obstacles with later assistance from 2 more technicians and 2 days of gravel in my living room. I appreciated the exhaust to the outside during gravel removal by shop vac. Would recommend the gravel around the buried line be placed outside the home if the job takes an extra day to complete. Thank you for the people you hire to do all the different jobs of a repair like mine.
