Review content:
Getting up on Sunday morning to a clogged kitchen sink full of filthy standing water is definitely not on anyone's list of ""fun things to do."" And to be honest, Roto-Rooter didn't turn it into something fun. But Robert (#0377) *did* arrive promptly, was professional and courteous, and got right to work. A short time later, the drain was clear. Not only that, Robert cleaned up the greasy mess from the back-up along with the counter, the floor, and everywhere else he touched or walked. He even spot-treated the rug at the front door to make sure he hadn't tracked in dirt! Hopefully I won't need their services for a long, long time (and the work they did *does* have a warranty), but I would definitely follow them again.
