Review content:
Overall, Craig Van Lines did well. The reason they're not getting five stars is that we lost some medications. I'm not sure if that was their problem or ours. The crew chief said he had advised my wife to pack them herself. The thing that makes us uncertain is that a couple of other kitchen items never showed up, from the same area where the medications were stored. The rest of it was well done: They were careful, and they took their time moving fragile things, but I am concerned about what happened to the missing items.
