While I have always been happy with the work of Heritage, they phone way too much. My most recent experience was when my air conditioner stopped working. I called on Wednesday to make an appointment. The earliest they could get to me was Saturday morning, but I declined and chose Saturday afternoon because I was busy on Saturday morning. I got an automated phone call on Friday reminding me of the appointment on Saturday afternoon. At 7am on Saturday, I got a phone call asking me if I'd like to switch to Saturday morning since they had openings. Then again at about 9am to tell me he would indeed be coming this afternoon. Finally, Jeremy himself called to say he'd be here in half an hour. Also, I had previously done the prepaid servicing, but I won't any longer because I sometimes received two automated phone calls per day as me to the schedule the appointment. Is there any chance you can decrease the number of phone calls--they have crossed the line from helpful to irritating.
