Ralph and I are thankful to have our plumbing working well again. Floyd was very professional and helpful at fixing our several problems. All is working well again. I am especially glad he made the toilet handle work easier for my arthritic hands. He also used a reset button to make our floor model air conditioner turn on again. I didn't know to do that. Thank you very much, Floyd! Hetty and Ralph Andrews We will continue to call Heritage for our plumbing problems.
