The on-site manager is rude and unhelpful. I would not want her handling my personal information. I went in to rent a storage unit for 1 month, because I'm moving and I wanted to store my boxes so they're ready to move. As soon as I said I only needed it for a month, she rolled her eyes and acted like it wasn't worth her time. While I was filling out the form another customer came in to pick up his Uhaul. She took a look and said ?I don?t know what you?re talking about, I don?t have any trucks.? The man showed her a printout that specifically said he was supposed to pick up a truck there but since she didn?t have a truck she made him leave. She told him he would have to go to a main Uhaul location where they could look up the information, she would not even pick up the phone to call Uhaul and find out what was going on. Once I was done with the form I commented to my wife, ?That was a lot of information.? The manager got all defensive and said "That's how we do it." She
