FLOODING, UNAUTHORIZED BANK TRANSACTIONS 5/13/2012

Very poor experience here with my unit flooding and very dishonest employees making unauthorized transactions from my bank account. This company does not allow contact with customer service, corporate, or owner for serious complaints such as mine and others who have had problems here, and they don't take responsibility for any property damage they SHOULD be responsible for. BEWARE renting here, because you'll be renting at your own risk....... more

Rude customer service 7/31/2010

The on-site manager is rude and unhelpful. I would not want her handling my personal information. I went in to rent a storage unit for 1 month, because I'm moving and I wanted to store my boxes so they're ready to move. As soon as I said I only needed it for a month, she rolled her eyes and acted like it wasn't worth her time. While I was filling out the form another customer came in to pick up his Uhaul. She took a look and said ?I don?t know what you?re talking about, I don?t have any trucks.? The man showed her a printout that specifically said he was supposed to pick up a truck there but since she didn?t have a truck she made him leave. She told him he would have to go to a main Uhaul location where they could look up the information, she would not even pick up the phone to call Uhaul and find out what was going on. Once I was done with the form I commented to my wife, ?That was a lot of information.? The manager got all defensive and said "That's how we do it." She more

She started going off into a whole speech on it but since there were a lot of other people waiting I just said, ""It's fine, you don't have to explain it.""\r \r Then she handed me another form that you have to sign that says whether or not you're buying insurance. You have to check yes you'll buy their service or no you are liable, so I asked her how much the insurance costs. She said ""Oh, we don't provide that, it's this other company. I couldn't tell you."" When I asked for a brochure and started looking up prices to figure out if I wanted it or not (before I signed something that said yes or no) she interrupted me and said, ""I don't need your business. Just go ahead and leave."" She threw my cards at me and it took me a second to catch them and put them in my wallet. I was turning around to walk out the door when she said ""I don't need your ridicule. GET OUT."" and threw her hand in my face. Ridicule? All I said was it was a lot of information to fill out.
