Review content:
We rented from Empire at short notice on a trip to NYC/Long Island from Scotland. Can was ideal/clean - all damage was noted in advance (only minor bumps and scratches). Pick up took about 20 mins and we were away. Drop off the same. Beverley in the Brooklyn depot also booked us a cab back to JFK (which arrived in about 3 mins). She also waived any extra fee as we were about an hour late in returning the car. Helpful and efficient.
