I was extremely impressed by my procedure at Dr. Rice?s office yesterday as well as the support before the appointment. Kaye was wonderful in helping me understand my benefits and what my options were financially. During the appointment, Christine was extremely helpful and professional. She and Dr. Rice explained everything they were going to do and made sure to allow time for questions. i was offered a blanket and music which helped make it much more relaxing. Dr. Rice also called to follow-up after work that day which was also a pleasant surprise. I was very impressed from start to finish!
