Hi, Kellye. Just wanted to thank you and Monica, as well as Kay and Christine. The plate is working out very well and I'm really happy with it. Many friends have commented on how natural it looks. I was convinced to go to the dentist because I haven't been in a long time. After coming to Dr. Rice's office, I realized that I needed some work. After coming with a dental plan and a payment plan, we proceeded in the long term treatment. Nothing I have done was no worse than getting a filling, no pain no gain. After being numb, it was all down hill. Everybody was really nice and caring in and out of the office. You get what you pay for, after all the work I done and seeing the outcome I would do it again. Thanks! more

I have been a patient of Dr. Rice for nearly 30 years and have just completed quarterly cleaning (yes, every 3 months - it's so much more efficient and effective this way). Wondeful experience with a very professional staff with a real understanding of their work. I was very much at ease and comfortable from time I entered the front door, until I left the office. I was extremely impressed by my procedure at Dr. Rice?s office yesterday as well as the support before the appointment. Kaye was wonderful in helping me understand my benefits and what my options were financially. During the appointment, Christine was extremely helpful and professional. She and Dr. Rice explained everything they were going to do and made sure to allow time for questions. i was offered a blanket and music which helped make it much more relaxing. Dr. Rice also called to follow-up after work that day which was also a pleasant surprise. I was very impressed from start to finish! more

The customer service, staff and Dr. Rice are exceptional!!! They are off the charts “hands on”. Very caring and supportive. The shots still hurt though. I wish something could be invented to numb the gums without shots! Dr. Rice and Dr. Sangster are wonderful shot givers. I guess it’s just the nature of the beast. more
