Been dealing with this location for years. Not just my personal vehicles but my company vehicles as well. Things changed. Took my SUV in to have the brakes checked at 8:30 AM when they opened. The mechanic asked if I wanted to wait while they performed the free brake inspection. I left and he said they would call me shortly with the results. At 1PM, still did not hear from them. Called them and was told they haven't even checked it yet. Good thing I didn't wait. At 3PM, still heard nothing. Drove back to location and they just took it in. At 4PM, the service advisor call and gave me a long list of problems, needed front brakes, wheel cylinders, rotors turned, rear brakes and drums, center link for the noise in front, etc. Total cost was close to $1500.00. I had no noise in the front when I took it in. Told him to change the oil and I would pick it up. He suggested have the front done at least. Front alone was over $400.00. Picked it up and was told front brakes were fixed, oil changed,
