Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Been dealing with this location for years. Not just my personal vehicles but my company vehicles as well. Things changed. Took my SUV in to have the brakes checked at 8:30 AM when they opened. The mechanic asked if I wanted to wait while they performed the free brake inspection. I left and he said they would call me shortly with the results. At 1PM, still did not hear from them. Called them and was told they haven't even checked it yet. Good thing I didn't wait. At 3PM, still heard nothing. Drove back to location and they just took it in. At 4PM, the service advisor call and gave me a long list of problems, needed front brakes, wheel cylinders, rotors turned, rear brakes and drums, center link for the noise in front, etc. Total cost was close to $1500.00. I had no noise in the front when I took it in. Told him to change the oil and I would pick it up. He suggested have the front done at least. Front alone was over $400.00. This Mr, Tire store is all about making more money, You can not trust them. Be aware, if you comming to repair your tire, they will try to sell you a new one. Go someware else, the repair will cost you under $20. At thsi store, you couls spend a lot for something you don't need yet. more

My newly purchased used Acura was due for an oil change. I took it to Mr. Tire because they were within walking distance of my home. I asked for an oil change and asked them to check the other fluids, as I didn't know what the dealer had put in there.\r Not too much later, they called and told me I could come pick it up. I was shocked when the well trained mechanic explained to me that all of my fluids were looking good, the battery was good, and the tires were in good shape. He explained that the transmition fluid was a little low, but the car required Honda ATF, and they didn't keep it in stock (most mechanics wouldn't have known this or would have replaced it with any other ATF causing a much bigger problem).\r They didn't try to scare me into any other maintenance or make up any "necessary" repairs, and there were no hidden costs.\r I paid for the oil change and left with a sound mind. more

They took advanage of a inspection on my son's car and by law as supossed to give your old parts back and could not when i asked for them and changed good parts to put on new more

I had a flat tire a few weeks ago, and was in the middle of a very hectic week so I didn't have time to sit and wait. They told me that if I dropped it off they could fix it while I was gone, and would put it on as soon as I came back from my job for work. I was back in two hours and they had everything all ready to go and were just wonderful about it. I really appreciated that they made the process so much easier for me, as it has been a hassle at other places in the past. Prices were good too, and they didn't overcharge for anything. more

I took my cart into this place for a oil change and tire rotation. They did the service and asked me about my performance on the car because the air filter was very dirty. So they also cleaned out my fuel injectors and I have been saving on gas mileage ever since the service. more
