after a recent installation of our new TRANE A/C we found that due to limited configuration. of space our filter was set vertically which caused considerable noise when running. after two technicians attempted to adjust the situation we called once
again and asked for Anthony Leo, our usual tecnician who has alwzys bent over backwards to providetne services. we required. by his initial visit he came up with a practical way to resolve the situation.. on the followup visit, he reformated the filter
arrangement to flow downward and significantly reduced the noise and allowed me (Don) to easily replace the filter without any difficulty. We. definitely. feel that Anthony. has the knowledge, technical expertise and Patience. to be the one to callon.
He certainly represents the best of your company. An asset that should be rewarded and recognized. by superiors at Advanced Air. We will definitely recommend. Advance. Air for. you services. As a past. Treasurer and Board Member. of our
Association at Deauville. I. will spread the good word to who ever needs your services. thank you again!
