We had an Air Conditioning issue. Bill was very professional, told us the issue and explained it to us in understandable way. He identified the issue very promptly and when it turned into something more complicated, he communicated with us every step of the way. It was also covered by warranty, which speaks volumes for the quality work of Heritage and their team. Extremely HAPPY WITH BILL, and the ENTIRE TEAM AT HERITAGE.
