LIKE PULLING TEETH (for three months): \r Dec. 4th: Guy comes to look at broken fireplace. Part needs to be ordered from manufacturer. \r Dec. 22nd: We call to check on stat of order. We?re told the part won?t arrive until after the holidays. ...\r Jan. 4th(one month later): Call again. Nope, part still was not shipped from manufacturer. \r Jan. 19th: Call again. Oh whoops, the order was never placed.\r Feb. 9th(two months later): part comes in, technician installs part, but needs to order another part. \r Feb. 18th : We call to make SURE part has been ordered. No one knows, they need to look into it? \r Feb. 20th : We call again? Part was not ordered because they 1st needed to give us a quote? \r Feb. 20th (almost three months later): We?re finally fed up with having to pull teeth to get the job done! They?ve lost us as customers, and they gained our WARNING to prospective customers!!!!\r
