Review content:
The gym in itself is great. The staff however, is a different story. The absoloute WORST customer service I have ever seen. You call to talk to a manager and they are ALWAYS "in a meeting." You have meetings for 6 hours a day 5 days a week? Furthermore, you leave a message, and they do not call you back in a timely manner, if at all. These folks are the most rude and unwilling people I have ever dealt with. They are nice and the service is great, up until you decline personal training. The Chiropractic clinic is Amazing. Awesome staff there, and totally willing to work with you. Too bad the Chiropractic staff dont run the whole thing.
