I can't stop talking about this place!! I work in Auburn with John who is absolutely amazing, but I really do want people to know that the trainers here are fantastic. I am super sorry for anyone that has a bad experience but I can tell you that when I was 180 (I'm 5'8) my Doctor told me that I was overweight. When I started working with my trainer he gave me a meal plan, (that yes wasn't particularly easy for me as I love to eat!) but was very managable. I guarantee I was never told to eat 500 or less calories a day (1-super scary, 2- thats like a peice of toast) yes it was less than what I was used to but he taught me how and what to eat so that I was never hungry. My energy improved, my mood improved, I wasn't as tired. I am not super model skinny but i'm really happy where i am and most importantly, My Doctor says I'm healthy.
