For the first time in my life I am working out and actually enjoying it. I had always hated gym class when I was a kid and the attitude just kind of stuck with me as I grew into an adult. Finally, after I realized I was having a hard time keeping up with my kids, I gave in. I had to lose some weight and get into shape. The staff at Vision Quest made it so easy. Everyone was very friendly. They helped me set goals for myself, helped me figure out what to eat, and how to make the most out of my workout. And most importantly, they made it fun. The classes, boot camps, and my trainer all keep me motivated and challenge me to work ever harder. I now look better, I have a better attitude, and I have enough energy to keep up with my kids :)
