If you are looking for a family environment to workout in without all your muscle heads you really need to check out Vision Quest. You go in the free weight room you see ALL ages working out. This not a place for just people who are already in shape and are just there to have people look at them. These are real people here wanting to get real results. Come down and check it out. I just left there and they are doing a promo where you can add a family member on for nothing. They always run cool specials like this! So like I said this place is fun and priced fairly.
