Love the family attitude in this gym, and in all of their locations. Seattle, Auburn, Kent and Puyallup are all very helpfull to meet your goals. I have friends and family that go to all of them for one reason or another and we have all had a great experience with this place. I always recomend this to my friends and family. They hepled me loose 40 pounds with the biggest looser contest and my trainer was the best!
