Review content:
I went thier for an oil change. I was in and out, they seemed very friendly. I later found out they are very dishonest and did a horrible job. I was given a quote and was told I need my brakes replaced. Merlin's said I had very little brake pads left in the front and grooves in roaders. After 3 weeks had a check engine light on my car, I went to 2 other shops bith told me a did not need brakes for quite some time. I have 40% life left in the front brakes and 70% left in the back. I also had a bad oil leak, which was undetected by Merlin's. I was told by the other shop, if not fixed immedietly, My engine would seeze from lack of oil. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. When I called them On it they were nice and apologetic, but only gave excuses and had no answers.
