facts. son walked in on crutches at 4:50 and greeted by this... I'm sick of people coming in at 5:00 when I leave to go home! he apologized and explained he was at the hospital across the street getting an exray for the last couple hours. She said ok, well we dont carry that boot and it's $200 and I dont even know if your insurance will pay for it! Guess what lady... you just lost a sale...wonder if you would have been rude had I been there?! Are you discriminating against a college student... think you can throw your weight around pushing around a young man trying to make his way in life, being an adult, living 3 1/2 hours away from home for the first time in his life going to school?! Shame on you! I called the pharmacy - you close at 10:00!!! WHY couldn't you have gotten someone else to help him!? Sad world we live in. Next time, think if it were your son or daughter. Again, shame on you and he had the money to buy the boot whether the insurance covers it or not! your loss!
