The title says it all. These guys are a joke. They are completely oblivious to the concept of customer service. I went in to purchase a car I leased earlier and experienced the most ridiculous treatment that can be belted out to a premier car customer. Heck my Honda dealer is a lot more sophisticated in customer service.\r
There is no proper communication style. \r
No continuity. You will end up talking to 10 different folks before anything actually happens.\r
Take your money elsewhere. The folks at Crevier & Newport are much better. Irvine BMW does not deserve your business.
