Review content:
Before I start, I am somewhat of a ""car nut"" . I have owned over 20 new cars from Mercedes and Porsches to Chevys, and Hondas, so I know what I am talking about. Irvine BMW is above and beyond the worst dealership I have ever experienced. I have never been so poorly treated. \r
First off the mark their cars up thousands over MSRP, then they refuse to give you a loaner car for warranty work even if you are towed in ""because you didn buy the car here"" \r
Their service department is a joke! They refuse to fix warranty problems calling them ""wear items"".\r
I could go on and on.\r
Usually I am complementary of dealerships and give them the highest ratings, As they seem to go out of their way to acomidate me.\r
Mercedes actually makes you want to buy a new car from them.\r
It's too bad because BMW is a better car, but next time it's back to Mercedes for me!!
Cons: HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE!! I WOULDN'T WISH IT ON MY WORST ENEMY!!
