Review content:
I purchased a brand new 535i two years ago. This car has been in their shop on and off for almost 2 months all together. If I do the calculations correctly It means each year instead of a $60k BMW that I bought I drove a lousy rental car for 1 month .and interestingly they act as if they were doing me a favor fixing a car that is under the manufacture warranty. They haven't been able or willing to correct the engine malfunctions and other issues.
The service advisers are either not knowledgeable and savvy or they simply lie to you assuming the customers are illiterate or both. Most employees are acting like a gang, not so much as a friendly group of coworkers, it seems like they don't want to be there. I haven't met any friendly employee in this dealership except for the sales crew. The service team must be under constant stress from the top (the owners and the managers).
I have been a business owner and an employer for over 20 years. I think the management team of this dealership needs to be blamed for having so many unhappy employees. This clearly shows in the way the stuff are treating the customers of BMW company. It also demonstrates the owners lack of leadership.
The BMW's reputation ruined one customer at a time.
This was my first experience with the BMW and most likely the last one too.
Thanks
