Review content:
Being that this was the first time that I have experienced damage to my house(Water heater failure). I was truly impressed with the professionalism and expedient manner that Restoration 1 responded. From my initial call they were right on it.
Jon B and Nick P walked us throught the process, they explained their process, the insurance process and they have been out every day to monitor the progress of the project.
I am definitely pleased with their performance.
The only improvement that I highly recommend is the timely pick-up of discarded damaged material. The damaged material was put-out in my yard on Wed 8/5 and as of Mon 8/10 it still has not been picked up.
