Mold problem in the basement 1/29/2019

They arrived promptly, took care of the problem, monitored it for several days. I have no problem with the work done. Work was high quality, workers seemed competent. I would use them again if I had a problem. more

Great Job 1/17/2017

We recently had a substantial water leak. Restoration 1 was recommended to us by the emergency plumber we called. They contacted us immediately; helped us file a claim with our insurance company; set up their equipment that afternoon and dried up the water from all of the impacted areas. more

Bathroom overflow 12/6/2016

Very responsive! They arrived after the plumber called them. Surveyed damage and how to address the issues. Prompt, professional, proactive, and informative. The first night he called the insurance company along with my husband to further explain damage. They set up fans and tubing to reduce moisture. Came back each day to take readings, very professional. Kept to their set window appointments. Explained how to turn fans off if we needed to sleep. Explained fans would be loud. I felt they were honest and thorough. Highly recommend if you have extensive water damage from overflow toilet or sewer to call them. more

Amazing Service 9/30/2015

Took my call and was at our home within the hour.. Handled everything with extreme professionalism. Very clean with the work they did, taking into account we had children in the home. Would use again and again.. but hopefully will never have to! more

Restoration of Basement due to Water heater failure 8/10/2015

Being that this was the first time that I have experienced damage to my house(Water heater failure). I was truly impressed with the professionalism and expedient manner that Restoration 1 responded. From my initial call they were right on it. Jon B and Nick P walked us throught the process, they explained their process, the insurance process and they have been out every day to monitor the progress of the project. I am definitely pleased with their performance. The only improvement that I highly recommend is the timely pick-up of discarded damaged material. The damaged material was put-out in my yard on Wed 8/5 and as of Mon 8/10 it still has not been picked up. more
