It took me ALL day to FINALLY calm down and post this review.... See those ""smiling"" faces on the home page for Centerville Animal Hospital?? DON'T YOU BELIEVE IT!!!! Only one person had a smile for us and that was the intern!!! She was nice and polite - NO ONE ELSE WAS!!!! No courtesy of ""Please"" ""Thank You"" or ""I'm sorry to keep you waiting""!!!! I must say that we were seen promptly at 3pm when our appointment was scheduled AND it didn't take long to give our cat some shots that was needed for her sensitive skin due to fleas... Thankfully, the Vet himself was extremely helpful and informative about controlling the fleas and where to seek out their eggs - which I promptly started working on once I got home with the products I bought at PetSmart. I was so upset by the ""bedside manner"" of these callous women - one was ignoring me until I spoke up - that I called to cancel the appointment that I made for our other cat with sensitive skin. I have found another Vet to take care of him.\r \r Maybe this review will be ignored by the staff that I encountered today BUT at least I got this off my chest.
