Just wanted to let everyone know that I have seen some negative comments around this company but from my perspective these guys were top notch. I had a dual blow out this weekend on the GWB and they were wonderful. Dispatched the tow truck and held my car in storage over the holiday weekend. On Tuesday they order me two new continental tires and by COB on Wednesday they had them fitted and balanced and ready to go. Price was very fair and I found all the folks there friendly and helpful. I guess people do have bad days but this was a great experience for me and I would recommend these guys to my friends and family if they ever needed help in NYC.
