When the water heater broke last Thursday morning, I immediately panicked seeing the amount of water rushing from under the broken unit and starting to flood my basement. What I did seconds after that is what saved my carpet, walls, furniture and electrical equipment? I gave Benjamin Franklin a call. It was a great relief when you showed up in a very timely manner and ensured that there was no further damage to my home.\r

I appreciate the expert due diligence that was performed on the environment and the various options you provided me. I felt I had many choices, was well informed and feel good having followed your recommendations. I decided to replace everything since the home is 20 years old and these being all original units. I could not have picked a better company to entrust such an important and critical work.\r
