On June 3rd, 2010 at 4 PM my car overheated and stalled. I was able to make it to a scheduled Dr.'s appointment for my 6 year old and called from the Dr.'s office to ask for help. I was told that a tow would be available in w/in 2 hours. I waited, with my 2 children and then called again. After 20 minutes on hold I was told there would be an additional wait of another hour. As we had spent 2 1/2 hours waiting, the Dr's office was closed and it was past dinner hour, I opted to leave the vehicle and take a train to our town. This was at 6:30 PM. At home (7:30 PM) I called AAA again to let them know what had happened. I was assured that there would be a tow person there by 8:10 PM. My husband, who was home by then, drove his car back to the Dr's office to wait. My husband returned home at 12:20 this morning, the tow having finally arrived at 11:30 PM last night. The operator insisted that had we not "cancelled" he could have been there by 8:45PM. He said that AAA had called him
