I have known of Don-Glo for many years, so when AAA recommended it for an emergency tow of my wife's car I was pleased. During the tow the driver, otherwise competent and friendly, caught the door of my other car and bent the hinges, almost ripping the door off. He apologized. After we had delivered my wife's car to the shop, he once again apologized. I reported the damage to my insurance company and Don-Glo denied the whole thing, and even threatened to sue me for the damage! Do yourself a favor and choose another tow company.
