My son's car broke down in the Bronx on a Sunday night- we are from NJ. The tow truck was there within 20 minutes and even though he was parallel parked, the driver had the car out in a couple of minutes. We left the car at Don-Glo to be looked at. They got in touch with me the next morning and told me what they thought it was and as soon as they confirmed it, they would get back to me. By mid-afternoon they had it diagnosed and fixed - AND - the price was very reasonable. They were very professional in every aspect, and I really can't understand where the other reviewers are coming from - sounds like sour grapes or a competitor to me!! Anyway, based on my experience with them, I would highly recommend them. I did my research and found that they have beeen in business over 30 years - if those other reviews were even close to true I can't see that happening. They are A+ in my book!
Pros: Professional, courteous, reasonable rates, did their job in timely manner
