UN effing believable. almost 3 hours for a simple tow in the snow. DO NOT EVER use these people, it dawned on me their AAA calls they know they have the sale so they will chase after every private callout and leave the AAA people in the lurch while grubbing money from private callers. I waited so long for them to show up, the snow that cause me to get stuck in the first place MELTED from traffic and heat and I was able to back the car into a usually busy 2 laned access road, then make it up the short hill to my home. I called AAA to cancel and when I got it to rip Don Glo a new one, thats when the tow driver called me. Are you KIDDING ME? If you live in Yonkers, or lower Westchester, and AAA tries to use Don Glo, tell them you DONT WANT them, use County Towing North. I've used them before and they had further to travel and got there within an hour. Whadda bunch of maroons. :-<
