Review content:
I just had the worst experience with a Kraft Maid cabinet order through the Home Depot (November 2005). Home Depot and Kraft Maid finally just refunded all my $, but not before we went through a ridiculous runaround for 8 weeks. Which has now delayed our simple bathroom remodel by 8 weeks. I strongly advise against purchasing any cabinets from Home Depot (very poor service and when unable to deliver they blame their vendor but don't fix the situation) or ever purchasing Kraft Maid cabinets (very poor product, ours arrived with defects that occured prior to shipping). There really is no reason to ever shop at Home Depot. Their lumber is of lower quality than Lowes and much worse than the local lumberyards. Any product or service that uses a 3rd party vendor should never be purchased through Home Depot, they just do not have the commitment or management to deal with those relationships. Everything in the garden section is about the same price as Armstrong's, but the quality is very poo
