Except for the paint department, where someone has to be standing behind a desk at all times, you can't get any help. If you shop here, you had better know exactly where the items you want are located because you won't get any help. I waited for half an hour for someone to help me with a tool shed purchase. The cashier kept paging "any available associate to Garden". No one ever showed up. My husband and I finally left and went somewhere else.\r

I once tried to take a "Do it Yourself" tileing class that they offered here. The hours were posted clearly out front, but when I showed up for the class, everyone acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.\r

Yes, I still shop here, but only because it's close to home and I have gotten used to finding things myself. I like to listen to the overhead pages just to see how many times they have to keep repeating a page. \r

I really wish someone from corporate office would come out to this store and act like a customer and see
