I have been shopping at HD for about 12 yrs now and 3 yrs as a contractor Therefore I know the complexities that come with this type of environment yet when I read most of the reviews of other shoppers. \r
Their experiences at HD are terrible and unappreciated, granted not everyone is going to be pleased with customer service every time, yet I don't forget where I am at and the demand which is expected in such a mass facility. Expectation when at HD, just give yourself plenty [min 1 hour]of time to shop and understand the person in orange is another human being just like you
