After contacting Residential Heating and Cooling I ended up leaving a message for a technician to give me a call. Eric called me back within 10 minutes and arrived at our home within 45 minutes of our initial call. He fixed our external AC unit and was able to get us up and running. Temperature was 94 and humid outside definitely not a day you want to loose your AC but thanks to the Quick, Prompt Service Eric provided we were back up and running in no time.
