Checked drains outside just to be sure they got the problem taken care of. Suggested we use a product to prevent this from happening--felt like they wanted us to be proactive, not like they were trying to sell their product. Even asked if we had a coupon, how nice is that. and told us about the sweepstakes, ya never know... thanks\r
