our problem solved 2/16/2011

Found our laundry room flooded.\r Called at 9am, service men here by 10.\r Checked drains outside just to be sure they got the problem taken care of. Suggested we use a product to prevent this from happening--felt like they wanted us to be proactive, not like they were trying to sell their product. Even asked if we had a coupon, how nice is that. and told us about the sweepstakes, ya never know... thanks\r \r \r \r \r more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/5/2011

My intial call was answered in a timely manner. They sent someone out to fit my schedule. The technician was very professional and helpful. He informed me very well of what the problem was. It has been a month and my drain is still running smooth. I am well pleased with the service I received. more

Awful 11/9/2005

I had a clooged drain and I had to call Roto Rooter to come out and fix it. While they were at my house they knocked over a bench in my basement putting a hole through my wall. They never told me about it. Days later I found it and called and the serviceman then admitted that he did it. When I asked about repairing it and the cost they told me they'd do it but they were not very efficient about doing it. I definently don't reccomend this service. more
