SOS was a pleasure to deal with. During the final precheck visit we discovered I had made an error on the contract I signed and SOS was able to fix the error and ensure I got the system I wanted.
the installation crew was friendly, courteous, and quick. The entire process (removal of old furnace, installation of new furnace and installation of AC system) was completed in 1 day and the installation quality was very professional.
