I am a Civil Engineer and after thoroughly researching options and six companies to install a new heat pump and hydro-air equipped, air handler at my home, decided on SOS. The decision was based on knowledgeable sales staff, the equipment manufacturer (LENNOX), SEER rating, potential for rebate and total cost. The sales staff not only sold the job, but stayed with the project throughout the installation and start-up period. I wrote a contract that outlined what I expected and they were more than amenable to an extended trouble shooting period if needed.
I have recommended SOS to other building professionals and will continue to do so.
